By downloading, installing, or using the Sawt desktop application ("Sawt", "the Software") or visiting sawt.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
2. License & Permitted Use
Sawt grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the application on compatible Windows devices in accordance with these terms.
- You may use Sawt for personal or commercial productivity.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute modified proprietary installer binaries without explicit written consent.
- You agree not to use Sawt for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
3. AI Services & Accuracy
Sawt utilizes state-of-the-art speech recognition and natural language processing models. While Sawt aims for the highest standard of transcription accuracy and multilingual punctuation, automated speech recognition can occasionally misunderstand specialized terms, homophones, or accents. You remain solely responsible for reviewing transcribed text before sending or publishing critical correspondence.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Sawt does not warrant that operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sawt, its authors, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sawt after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
